Attached is the updated vendor application form (updated January 2015) for the 2015 FASA runway show. Please note the changes, especially the addition of Saturday, April 18, as a vendor sales opportunity. There are several significant pieces of information:
1. Vendors may apply for both days, and only vendors selected for Friday will be eligible to have a booth on Saturday. In other words, there is no separate application process for Saturday.
2. You are NOT required to be a vendor on Saturday if you are selected to be a vendor on Friday.
3. Saturday vendors will be located OUTSIDE, AND WILL NEED TO PROVIDE THEIR OWN TABLES.
4. In case of rain on Saturday, $25.00 of the $100.00 application fee will be refunded to you.
5. The 10% sales commission to FASA will be collected at the end of each sales day.
PLEASE NOTE THE APPLICATION DEADLINE IS FEBRUARY 15, 2015.
