Your FASA Exhibition Committee has been working with the librarians at Forest Hills Library to bring you this new and exciting opportunity to exhibit locally. Forest Hills Public Library extended an invitation to FASA to exhibit fiber art in the library from 5 MAY to 5 JUL 2018 when they saw our 2017 Annual Exhibit call for art.
This presents another fabulous opportunity for FASA members to showcase their unique art form and educate the public about using fiber as an art medium. The library wants this exhibit to consist of FASA member’s artwork only so the call will not be open to anyone outside of members in good standing.
The title of the exhibit is Reading Material, and the theme is anything book or reading related. Please see the prospectus for other details. We are looking forward to seeing our member’s fiber creations displayed at Forest Hills!
